Claire Chalon

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Senior Consultant[/vc_column_text][vc_empty_space height=”18px”][vc_text_separator title=”Waste” border=”no”][vc_empty_space height=”18px”][vc_column_text]Claire has a Master in bio-engineering from UCLouvain (Belgium). She joined RDC Environment in 2008.

 

Initially, she worked on a variety of environmental assessment methods such as impact studies, the carbon footprint, and environmental management systems.

 

She then specialized in supporting Public Authorities (Wallonia, Brussels Environment, communities) and extended producer responsibility systems (EPR) to:

  • draw up specifications for selective waste collection,
  • analyse waste composition (sampling, data processing),
  • plan waste management and waste prevention (evaluation, programming),
  • evaluate the performance of the actors in re-use and recycling (particularly the social and solidarity economy)
