Xavier joined RDC Environment in November 2016.

 

On behalf of the ADEME, he carried out an assessment of the subsidization plan of dioxin measurement equipment’s for French incinerators, and an important study for the Belgian Federal Public Service on planned obsolescence and measures to be considered to extend the life of products. He is also working on the theme of reparation
