Experts and solutions in sustainable development

RDC Environment has carried out several important missions over the last few years for Eco DDS (France), an operational eco-organisation dedicated to Specific Diffused Waste from households. If we are very satisfied with the work they have done, it is mainly because they have convinced us with their strength of proposal, the prospective vision and the new ideas they have submitted. In addition, RDC Environment has a wide range of expertise, which is due to the very complementary profiles of their consultants, allowing them to be very responsive. We particularly appreciated their ability to combine field and conceptual aspects, from chemical waste sorting to statistical analysis. Their scientific and methodological rigour allows us to have reliable processes: stable, comparable and well documented. Thanks to their experience, we can anticipate the evolution and flexibility of tools. In the execution of their missions for us, RDC Environment has convinced us by their reactivity, their availability and their capacity to adapt, we quickly have visibility on the organisation and the progress of the project. And, last but not least, the exchanges always take place in an excellent human climate and a friendly atmosphere. To sum it up in a few key words, I would say that RDC Environment demonstrates rigour, quality and customer focus.

Tant le niveau de leur expertise que la qualité de la relation humaine sont à souligner, ils ne sont certainement pas de simples brasseurs de données. Ils consacrent du temps à réfléchir avec nous, avec une grande ouverture d’esprit, pour arriver à proposer les solutions les plus intéressantes pour le client. C’est certainement là qu’ils ont leur plus grande valeur ajoutée. Leur approche est pragmatique, ils comprennent bien l’industrie et parviennent à transformer des choses scientifiquement complexes en quelque chose de compréhensible et praticable pour nous. La bonne chimie humaine est indispensable dans ce type de mission où il y a une mise en commun importante et c’est ce qui se passe avec RDC Environment. En trois mots, je qualifierais les consultants de RDC Environment de ouverts, pragmatiques et scientifiques.

We particularly appreciate their high level of expertise in life cycle assessment, which can be a particularly technical and complex area. The experts at RDC Environment have always been very responsive, they understand the issues at stake for a group like ours. They are quick to adapt to our needs and are pragmatic, listening to the client. They are careful to make the tools they provide us as ergonomic as possible, taking care of the interface so that our employees can master them, including by training the end users. I appreciate their friendliness and the ease of human relations with the RDC Environment consultants, we have established a privileged customer relationship, with a high level of reliability and commitment on their part.

We are always very satisfied with the work done by RDC Environment on our behalf. They are technically very competent, with a strong focus on scientific expertise. They are flexible and willing to challenge themselves. They are also extremely professional, for example in meeting deadlines. I must emphasise the quality of the IT tools they have developed for life cycle analysis. Used regularly by our members, they are precise and complete, while being user-friendly. This is not necessarily always the case! The corporate culture of RDC Environment clearly emphasises technical expertise and scientific soundness. They also have a desire to develop new tools, particularly in the field of social LCA, for which standards do not (yet) exist. The same innovative approach to methodologies, for example with regard to the evaluation of environmental costs. These are aspects that we appreciate very much from them.
